Intellectual Property

Care Soft Services owns all website content—text, images, branding, and layout—unless otherwise specified in writing. Copyright and trademark laws protect it.

Our material cannot be copied, distributed, replicated, or sold without permission. We love working together, but ask first. People respect each other.

Your client project contract will specify if you own tools or bespoke software. We reserve the right to reuse frameworks and non-proprietary code across projects, but you own your unique product.

Payments and Billing

Your particular service agreement outlines the conditions under which all payments are to be paid. Regarding cost, payment terms, and what is included in your package, we will always be open.

Late payments could cause temporary service suspension until the account is current or project delays. We hate having to stop advancement, but we also have a team to help.

Service Interruptions

Although flawless delivery and uptime are our goals, no digital system is perfect in terms of bugs, outages, or unplanned interruptions. We cannot guarantee 100% availability at all times; we employ backup systems and secure infrastructure to reduce risk.
